Our renal fee is $350 per day of use. This includes the arena area, restrooms stocked, concession stand use, sound system and office use. We require a rental agreement to be signed between Harm and Tulleys Event Center and the party renting the facilities. We also require a $200 security deposit upon signing of a agreement. The deposit will be returned as long as facilities are in the same condition as they were prior to you renting the facilities. It is expected that the party renting the facilities clean up the arena, turn off the sound system, put away the wireless system, turn off all lights, sweep up the office, restrooms, and concessions and notify Harm and Tulleys Manager of any problems.
We keep our rental rates low for the use of the large 100' x 300' space with great amenities inside and an abundance of parking around the building.
