Harm and Tulleys Riding Club Memberships are Available and are good for 365 days from the date they are signed and paid.
$50.00 Daily Riding Fee per person
$175.00 Yearly Single Membership
$300.00 Yearly Family Membership (Spouse and children up to the age of 20)
$75.00 Yearly 4-H/FFA Member
Harm and Tulleys Event Center and the City of Bloomfield decline responsibility for any damages to person or property occurring on the Knox County Fairgrounds or in any buildings or facilities thereon. Building users agree by purchasing a membership to hold the above named harmless for any injuries or damages to persons or of buildings or grounds. Members are responsible for all damages to buildings and contents or outside area. Anyone vandalizing, making or defacing the buildings shall be prosecuted. The premises are monitored via security cameras.

- All riders must have a membership. If someone is riding with you without a membership, you may forfeit your membership
- No Smoking in the building
- No dogs in the building
- Please use lights sparingly
- Clean up after yourself AND your animals
- Turn off lights and lock building with you leave
